Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WaveSieve (wavesieve.app) and its audio processing services. By accessing or using WaveSieve, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

WaveSieve provides the following audio processing tools:

• Format Converter — Convert between audio formats, free and processed entirely in your browser.
• Audio Cleanup — Remove background noise and enhance audio clarity using AI.
• Vocal Remover — Separate vocals, drums, bass, and instrumentals from audio tracks using AI.
• Speech to Text — Transcribe spoken audio into text using AI.

AI-powered features require credits and involve uploading your audio files to our servers for processing.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WaveSieve. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

When you create an account with WaveSieve, you must provide accurate and complete information. You may register using your email address or sign in through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To request account deletion, first cancel any active subscription and then contact support@wavesieve.app. Direct self-service deletion is not available. We will delete eligible account data while retaining payment, tax, transaction, fraud-prevention, and other minimal records for as long as applicable law requires.

User Content

You retain all rights to any audio files and content you upload to WaveSieve. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the audio processing services you request.

We do not use, share, or distribute your audio files beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested service. Uploaded input audio is deleted after processing finishes, whether the task succeeds or fails. Generated downloadable audio output files are retained for up to 30 days; transcript text remains available in account history until deletion is requested.

AI Processing

WaveSieve's AI features are powered by third-party machine learning models hosted on the Replicate platform, including Demucs (vocal separation), Resemble Enhance (audio cleanup), and Whisper (speech-to-text). When you use an AI feature, your audio file is sent to these third-party providers for processing.

AI processing results may not be perfect. We do not guarantee specific accuracy, quality, or outcomes from AI-powered features.

Credits and Payments

• WaveSieve uses a credit system for AI features. Format conversion is free and does not require credits.
• Credits are consumed when you use AI processing features. Credit costs vary by feature.
• Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase or allocation.
• Subscriptions (Pro and Ultra plans) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use WaveSieve in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload audio content that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of others
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits
• Attempt to bypass the credit system or exploit the service without proper payment
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Intellectual Property

WaveSieve, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This does not affect your ownership of the audio files you upload.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to WaveSieve immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and any unused credits are forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WaveSieve be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage caused by reliance on AI processing results.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the date above.
